Biographical Info Jenna was born and raised on St. Croix. With parents that have operated a successful construction business for over 30 years, Jenna grew up observing the ins and outs of development right on jobsites here on St. Croix. After leaving home to earn her B.A. from the University of Chicago and living in the Midwest for several years thereafter, Jenna was tired of bitter cold has returned to the warmer climate of home. Jenna spent 7 years as a real estate finance professional in Chicago and St. Paul, Minnesota, on teams that worked to finance complex multifamily housing transactions for low income and at-risk households with public and private stakeholders. In her time in the development world, Jenna learned how to bring large real estate developments from mere concepts to ribbon cuttings – all while keeping developers and lenders on track. She’s proud of the work she’s done to add quality homes to the housing stock in the Midwest and is excited to bring her skills back home to the Virgin Islands. With her experiences from construction and development both here and St. Croix and stateside, Jenna is ready to help you find your perfect piece of paradise!
