Joy Elliott

Joy Elliott is a licensed Realtor® and Broker with over 25 years of experience across the U.S. Virgin Islands, California, and Washington, D.C. Born in Queens, New York, and raised in St. Croix, she graduated from the St. Croix Seventh-day Adventist School before attending California State University and University of California. After 30 years stateside, she returned home in 2016. Joy is Broker/Owner of Welcome Home Realty, served as 2024 President of the St. Croix Board of Realtors, and currently serves as Vice President of the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of Realtors (VITAR). She is passionate about community economic development and helping individuals build and sustain generational legacy through real estate.Throughout her career, Ms. Elliott has been responsible for the real estate activities, finance, project development, and property management for various companies and community development corporations in Southern California, Washington D.C. and the Virgin Islands, whose focus had been on economic development, affordable housing, green/sustainable development, community land trusts, and EB5 investment.
